This big five factors are a widely acceptable personality frameworks. Do they also have important implications for job performance? Recent research has examined a broad spectrum of occupations. All of the Big Five factors have been found to have at least some relationship to performance in some situations. The results indicate that different factors have different suitable job. Such as agreeableness is positively related to job performance in service jobs. Openness to experience is positively related to training proficiency. Until now maybe we can conclude that the personality test is useful, but not reach the way to lead the personality test effectively. How? We need to evaluate specific personality attributes that have been found to be powerful predictors of behaviour in organizations. Some of the attributes are as follow: 1) Locus of Control :The first types, those who believe that they control their destinies, have been labeled internals. The latter, who see their lives as being controlled by outside forces, have been called externals. The research show that individuals who rate high in externality are less satisfied with their jobs, have higher absenteeism rates, are more alienated from the work setting, and are less involved in their jobs than are internals. 2) Self-Esteem: IndividualsĄ¯ degree of liking or disliking of themselves. Individuals with high self-esteem will take more risks in job selection and are more likely to choose unconventional jobs than are people with low self-esteem 3) self-monitoring: A personality trait that measures an individualĄ¯s ability to adjust behaviour to external situational factors.
