They could also find private investors that would be willing to front large sums of money for a stake in the organization. After collecting enough money to move forward in the restructuring process, the YWCA needs to freeze its current operation and focus all its resources toward improvements. It is clear, that each of its five facilities need major renovations and repairs, starting with its headquarters. After the renovation stage is complete, the YWCA will be able to re-open its doors with a new attitude and outlook on the future.
