Attending New Jersey City University
...oal. When the first day of college started, my aspirations were very different from when the first semester ended. I’ve been working in a Real Estate office and I really enjoy it, but would like to go back to school. Deciding to return to school is the most important decision a person could make. A higher education degree will provide me with endless opportunities. When the decision has been made, it is important to have some goals in mind in order to have something to strive forward to when it seems as though I may not be able to reach them. I am excited to be applying to New Jersey City University. One might ask “why?” and my answer would be “why not!” I may now achieve some of my personal goals that I have set for myself as a student at NJCU. Personal growth, success, and achievement are just a few of the many words I could say about obtaining my degree. I have this enthusiasm for a new life adventure that I would love to complete as a student at NJCU. Upon obtaining my teaching degree I would like to become a teacher in the New Jersey school systems. This University would help me receive the education I need to pursue my career goals. Not only does my educational satisfaction matter, but so does my ability to set the example and become a positive role model for others. This practice will help to enhance my personal skills. There is nothing better than the feeling of completing something that you have worked so hard to achieve. Having the desire and fulfillment from accomplishments keeps you motivated. By working with children I would be able to show myself and others whether or not I have the dependability, good judgment, creativity, and patience that one must have in order to become a elementary teacher.
