My irritability is my substitute for cussing. When I am irritated, I go where nobody is and just get things off of my mind. I have learned a lot about dealing with anger. I have found that it is a lot easier to talk to somebody about issues that are bothering you than keeping them to yourself. I have also learned to stay calm during stressful situations and anger will not have much of an impact on you as it would if you were stressed out.
