Students can develop better as well as overindulgence is not allowed. If parents overindulge their children, bad effects may happen to children in the future. So balance is very important. 3. •A: Many pupils think the goal of study is to get higher score in examinations, what do you think about it? B: This is the distorted expectation brought by parents. Parents hope their children to be outstanding in the future, so children are hoped to read more, get higher score, enter a nice university and find a good job, whether children can understand the knowledge and life or not, it is not important. This kind of expectation make children only know to study and get higher score, but they never think about why do they need to study. 4. •A: In current curriculum reform, quality education and comprehensive development are advocated. Do you think current curriculum design is enough for students’ development of living skill and mental health? B: Although the curriculum reform is going on well, as it is in the initiation, many things are in the process of exploring. The reform is still a little conservative. Shortages still exist. What’s more, students’ pressure is very high. China is alleviating burdens on students, the situation is that only much said but little done.
