Establishment of private universities has reduced the propensity to gor abroad for higher education to a great extent.Since 1992 going abroad for higher education,specially to India,Malaysia,UK,Netherlands,USA,Australia and many more countries has reduced by 40% to 50% .This has saved foreign currency of a few thousand core taka and at the same time stopped brain drain.This can be considered as one of the remarkable success of private universities. Due to establishment of private university the employment oppourtunities increased manifold. Besides employment oppourtunity of teachers and office staff , many students are getting part time jobs. In private universities , no session jam and political influence are there and consequently the students can complete their courses quickly without hindrance enabling them to start their career early. Due to scarcity of seats in the govt. universities , a good number of students had to drop higher education after intermidiate .Now , with the establishment of private universities they get easy oppourtunity to get higher education .
