“Purse Snatching”
After such a long-term struggling, women have more rights nowadays, however there are not less disadvantages which is parallely existing. A typical example I know is that a woman who majors in business administration would probably find it harder to get a job than a man does. Why? Because in those interviewers’ point, one day she would stop working due to pregnancy and that influent their business. I am just thinking what if their wives graduated from a business department and got denial from a manager position due to those reasons above. It is unfair. It is the same in the chef field. You hardly find a female chef in big luxury restaurants. It is kind of weird. In a traditional style family, women’ main jobs are to do house works, take care of children and cook good meals for their family.
