Introduction India, an agricultural based country is second most populated country in the world. The demand for food supply runs parallel with this increased population. Inspite of growing population the food supply have increased proportionately in geometrical progression due to the development of science and technology, achieved mainly through improved variety of seeds, high yielding variety of crops, good manuring, constant supply of water, scientific cultivation and protection of crops from insects and preservation of food stuff. Pesticide plays one of the important roles in agricultural breakthrough. All the pesticides are good insecticides and are also randomly used for the control of ectoparasitic infestation in domesticated animals.
