Why you should reconsider drinking

Why you should reconsider Drinking Alcohol for decades has become some peoples’ way to cope with life. I have heard family members say it relaxes them; it puts them in another state of mind. Drinking has become a serious issue among young adults. Research states that in the age group 45 years of age and down; they tend not to realize how much alcohol it takes to harm the liver. But hopefully humankind understands that if they binge drink or spread their drinking out over a week’s time that it will still affect the body just the same, and the liver is the main organ that is affected. I would like to inform society of the “Three reasons, you should choose not to drink”. This includes, causing problems with the liver, it ruins peoples’ families when a person can’t control their drinking habit, and last but not least there are many accidents and fatal ones that involve alcohol. First of all alcohol affects every organ of the body, but the liver is the organ that receives the biggest impact. The liver has to actually process the alcohol first before it can process the proteins and fats from the food that has been digested. The liver cells can only process a small amount of alcohol at a time, so when a person overloads their system with alcohol, it goes out into the bloodstream.
