Like for many inexperienced managers or beginners my M/C/C/L ratios had moremanagementor"monkey job"instead of leadership. Now I see room for improvement in that area. Personal management plan or my own goals Leadership is a choice and I am ready tomake that step. For aquite a while I felt an urge to grow and to discover new horizons. Now I understand that havingmy own plan and setting the clear goals is something that Ican do andshould have. It is all about finding balance. I want to succeed in all areas of life. Balance cannot be achieved without setting priorities. No onewants the job and carrier to be in conflict with personal life. The missionhas to be focused on achieving work-life balance.
