There are numerous effects of smoking cigarette that affect not only your life but also your social and family life. Cigarette smoking is the cause of several harmful effects on the body, on non-smokers, and on the overall economy of the society. Cigarettes are the main causes of health problems in many cases. According to a recent study, around four thousand chemicals were known to be found in tobacco, which is the substance in nearly all cigarettes, and at least sixty of them cause cancer. The truth is that it may give second hand smokers almost every kind of disease that smokers might encounter. As a result individuals who are exposed to cigarette smokes are likely to have several types of cancers namely lung and mouth cancer, and also other diseases such as bronchitis, and cardiovascular ones. Some people, however, believe that the recorded illness, deaths and cancers of those who have to live and work with smokers is a coincidence. An equally important effect of smoking is its indisputable results in economy; first on the person's economy and then in larger scales on the society's.
