Some people regard pets as an apporoach to entertain and to provide a source of leisure. Notwithstanding those cruel statements, I am unreversely in accord with the opinions that pets should be regarded as a part of family. This essay will focus on the emotional aspects of animals, the spirit of equility and the consideration of senior citizens. First and foremost, it is generally aknowledged that some animals do have certain intellegeince and emotion. For instantce, swan, which is a representative of faithful love, is believed that one would be overwhelming to death if its parterner died of accident. Moreover, stories of dogs being saviors of their owners are not scarce. Therefore, with no shadow of doubt, one should be grateful to those pets which have spent most of the lifetime following their owners. Treating them as family members can be a way to show our gratefulness. Also, I hold the opinion that animals and human-being should be treated equal to some extent, as we are derived form the same origin in the universe and sharing the same earth. One's action would influence the welfare of other species.
