CXL acts as a recruitment agent for large corporate giants and also engages in headhunting for top level management positions for many companies based in the five stated locations. The management needs to understand the importance of written and face to face communication if it needs to run successful operations in the five stated locations because the level of literacy will differ among the nations and also the organizations, might prefer, face to face communication them written so this needs to be understood. 1. 2. 0 Effective communication: Effective communication influences individual behavior including personality, perceptions, values, learning and decision making. It is therefore imperative that these also affect the way in which the organization operates.
