We have several significant moments in our daily lives that are memorable, such as a new baby's birthday, a graduation ceremony, and an elegant wedding, nothing but video camera can replay the moment scene and make good memories as eternal. For the purpose of recording events objectively and completely, video camera is an important mean of documentation. It is important for government and legal agency to have an objective witness with perfect memories, of which the video camera is absolutely capable. The result of a science experiment, which tested memories of participators after observing the same incident at the same time, proves the memory varies. The testimony of a witness or a written record by a police could never be considered as a strong evidence for personality factors.
