Organisation learning
Organizational learning (OL) Learning occurs through two mechanisms in Huberman’s model. 1. a shortcut or new routine for going from the initial to the final node can be discovered, e. g. the organization might discover a shortcut for painting a product that involves fewer procedures 2. org can improve at selecting routines, e. g. members might learn who is good at what so they can go to for advice or assistance when needed. 3.
