Balanced Life
Have one had a balanced life all this time? Well if one has followed the basic needs in life he would include the physical, financial, social, and domestic needs. One physical need is the most important need. It helps one feel relaxed and think well. By exercising or running at least twice a week can help one physically. Also good hygiene can make one feel comfortable and more relaxed. One can do this by showering twice a day, brushing his teeth, and putting on clean clothes everyday. This will help out a lot. Also eating healthy and a well balanced meal are important. Try not to eat greasy and fast food all the time.
