Freeing up time for the poor will allow them to educate themselves, become healthier, allow for a social life, and finally escape to a higher status. That is where my solution addresses the lack of hope and time, in order to be successful; my solution would have the benefits include feeding the workers for free with government funding and free up time by making a guaranteed five day work week, which would give them time for their desires.
