Traffic jam
N: We’ve considered 2 solutions for traffic jam. One way is improving infrastructure system, another is paying for a fine. Ok, let’s look at the first solution. Government should change the roadway infrastructure and create flexible roads. This is a solution for 2-way roads, which have 2 or 3 line (for 2 or 3 cars) in each direction. Normally such roads lead from the outer areas to the center of the city. Although there is always a huge traffic in the way to the center in the morning, but on the way back there are barely couple of cars. The barrier between the two ways of a road can be flexible and changeable in case of traffic jam. Government should also build more large roads, so it’s easier for vehicles to move, especially in rush hour. T: In addition, they need to manage funds and buy a lot of public transport such as buses and reduce private transport.
