Wolfgang Keller case study
Wolfgang Keller at Konigsbrau- Tak (A) In this case the relationship between the Keller and Brodsky seems not very good. The position of Keller is higher than Brodsky. Keller is the managing director of the company and Brodsky is the commercial director. The problem that Keller faced was that Brodsky’s performance not suitable him. The behaviors of these two characters are totally different and also their management. Keller focused his management style and did not want to change his style. He did everything his own because he wanted to earn the most benefit for the company and Brodsky’s management style just “talk” and “ask” the employee to do the things that he or the company wanted to do. That’s let Keller thought uncomfortable and also let him think Brodsky was not suitable for the position of this company, the commercial department director of the company. During the flight to Europe, he thought about the problems that occurred recently and could be the serious problems in the company. The performance of Brodsky seemed not satisfied Keller and also the company.
