The issue of challenge and endurance is one in which we all have to face at some time throughout our lives, and this may be in the form of a physical challenge or mental challenge, both of which require our endurance.
Recently whilst viewing Saving Private Ryan it became noticeable that soldiers who fought in the war faced extreme challenges, and there is no doubt that this film had a lasting impact around the world. ... But to succeed in war requires a soldier to be at the pinnacle of their physical and mental endurance, and this alone is a challenge they have to face.
When issued with their mission to save Private Ryan the team of soldiers find it challenging to believe that one mans life is more important than that of theirs and the other soldiers. ... People may choose these challenges or be forced into a situation that involves challenge and endurance, like in Saving Private Ryan where they were conscripted to go to war and forced into a position where they had to fight. ...
This relates to “Saving Private Ryan” in the aspect of challenge and endurance because both of these have challenges that seem insurmountable at the time, and only by working together as a team can they survive. ... Enduring this was not her choice and this severe change in her life has left her at the pinnacle of endurance therefore it is relevant to “Saving Private Ryan.
