The strategies for collecting the data consist of utilizing two type of data collection. Our primary type of data collection will be a computer generated random survey for both the Indian office and the US based office. The second type of data collection, or secondary data, will consist of industry surveys that have been compiled by independent companies that independently conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Within terms of collecting our primary type of data, we have to understand that within the US, there are several types of customers. The first types consist of customers that are only allowed to open cases with the US based office. These customers may consist of Military, government, and other regulated customers. The next types consist of those customers that will only open cases in the Indian office. ... The data collections are looking at all three types. ... We have decided to make sure that the two populations are maintained separately. What we are looking for is a comparison between the two populations with US based customers.
