There are many stories and myths of how the world was created in six days. Although these stories may differ in many different ways they often share many similarities as well. In the Hebrew Yahweh Creates the world in Six Days and Africa’s Bumba Creates the World the similarities and differences of these two societies is well described thorough out their stories. To compare the stories and show the similarities you must realize that these two cultures were not even in existent to each other when the stories were wrote. The similarity that stuck out was that fact that both stories gave the duty of trust to the men to watch and take care of the world. In both stories the world was created almost in the same order, it was as if these stories were written together. The proof was there when it said the world was created then the species and man were created to inhabit and protect it.
