Excessive stress has been linked with much more serious medical conditions mainly of the mind. ... Harder to believe is the fact that about 80% of all modern diseases have had their origins in stress. All of these medical conditions are directly or indirectly caused or associated by stress. One medical condition directly associated with stress is PSTD or as most know it; post traumatic stress disorder. ... The build up of stressful situations such as the general stress you live through day to day can also be enough to cause a PTSD occurrence. This sort of build up stress is the kind that you don’t deal with because of the lack of time in your life or because of the magnitude of emotions you experienced or for whatever other reasons you have but should be dealt with immediately if not sooner as the effects of a build up of stress can destroy a persons life and the lives of those around them.
