Enlightened Despotism and Its rulers
It was an dazy January afternoon, when, as all felt the tremble and excitement caused by the fact that the results for the College Entrance Exams are almost an inch away from proclamation, I found something marvelous. Something interesting. Something fun. It was blogging. And I discovered it by sheer accident. It was during those times that practically 1/10-odd of the whole studying population was basically anticipating for the results of the most infamous exam in the country: the University of the Philippines College Admission Test. I happened to come across a blog where all our fears, our dreams, even advance congratulations were posted in a website feature very much new to me then... the comments page. Then I realized that one of the main goals I was to undertake for the coming summer months was building my own. When I undertake a project or some activity I very much like, I put my heart into it.
