2017; WHAT WENT WRONG? As I sit on my front porch I begin to remember how things used to be. It is now the year 2017 and life has become much more complicated than I had ever imagined fifteen years ago. The poverty level has grown to an all time high, unfamiliar viruses have killed millions and our children have paid the highest price for they have little or no freedom anymore. At one time it was expected that the world would have so many more accomplishments in the future due to technology, and the United States help in foreign affairs. It appears that everyone was wrong. The poverty level has always been a problem in the United States and nearby countries. Unfortunately around the year 2007 the rate of starving families and homelessness rose very fast and without notice.
