Love is Mysterious
During the sixteenth and seventeenth century of English Literature, poets expressed many forms of love. The poets wrote about all of the types of love they saw in their everyday life. Some examples were: the love between God and his people, man and woman, friends, man and self, and so many other types of love that the poets wrote about. They even wrote about the absence of love and false love, where a person only thinks they are loved. Poets used love to embellish their stories. Love was a topic, which everyone could relate to. All people experience some sort of love, but maybe not every type of love. Love is the name given to one of life’s little mysteries that people can’t entirely figure out. ...
Love is Gods standard of success for our lives. ... The Bible, in the New Testament, debunks all spiritual activity unless it is motivated by and expressed as a result of God’s unconditional love. What good are great and mighty acts if they don’t evolve from the motivating factor of divine love? Many would disagree on the need to examine the motivation of our so-called noble deeds and claim that great charisma, knowledge, and sacrificial acts are the same as love. All profess love, yet few have been seized by it’s magnificent power, insight and commitment. Love is patient and able to treat people with respect and dignity. ... Love is kind. If a person is not kind, he simply does not love. Love does not rejoice in unrighteousness. ... Love is not present there. Love never fails. God’s love is boundless and never-ending. Gods love does not stop at the sunset or begin with the new week. Divine love will always continue throughout time and eternity. During the darkest of nights, there will always be the eternal light of Gods love. Love will outshine hatred and penetrate evil. Love endures all things. Love endures because Gods love in Christ has endured. Our love in itself is limited but when Gods love fills us, we can do anything through him. Gods love prevails over evil and as long as we love God, he will deliver us from it.
