Case Studies Case #1 à is money better On Hannah’s balance sheet, you can see that she only has two assets one of them is liquid, which means how easily something can be converted into cash since the one that is more liquid is the Band Balance and it is already cash, Hannah can use it at anytime. Clothes on the other hand isn’t as liquid but since she has $2000 in cash already, and no debts (owing someone money) in the liability part of the balance, Hannah is not indebt and so she gets to keep all of her owner’s equity. That means that because she does not owe anyone money no money is taken out of her equity so she is in a pretty good financial position. On Aysha’s balance sheet, she has move assets but they are not as liquid as Hannah’s. She only has $10 on hand and the rest are all assets that need to be liquidated in order to have the money on hand.
