Leadership is an art, it is both rational and emotional, and it includes actions and influences based on reason and logic. Organizational behavior is based on the leadership’s philosophy, values, vision and goals. Leadership is having the ability to give guidance to those that will follow. Leadership development comes through a never-ending process of education, training and experience.
