Leadership
Leadership is an art, it is both rational and emotional, and it includes actions and influences based on reason and logic. Organizational behavior is based on the leadership’s philosophy, values, vision and goals. Leadership is having the ability to give guidance to those that will follow. Leadership development comes through a never-ending process of education, training and experience.
Some people think that leadership and management is the same but management is a position of authority; it says what needs to be done. ... However, management is a position of leadership that work hand in hand with each other. The management sets the path and the leadership makes it happen.
