Resource leveling
A project is an activity with specific goals, which takes place over a finite period of time & Project Management, is the art of maximizing the probability that a project delivers its goals on Time, to Budget and at the required Quality. Every project requires resource thus resource leveling is an important and integrated part of project management.

Any variable capable of definition that is required for the completion of an activity and may constrain the project.
A resource may be non-storable so that its availability has to be renewed for each time period (even if it was not utilised in previous time periods).
