letter to mark
mark, I’m writing you this letter because I wanted to let you know about some things that have been bothering me lately. I would normally let something like this go but last night Michelle just took things a little too far. Let me just start from the beginning... It was time to close and I was assigned to the girls front room. Everything was going fine, I had made sure edges were lined up on all the shirts, the jean walls were straightened, the t-shirt walls had been straightened, all the items on the racks were neatly organized, and I started working on the T-shirt walls in the lounge. Personally, I thought my work looked really good. Michelle came in to inform me otherwise. She said, “The front table and the T-shirt wall look AWFUL! Did you even touch them? Please re-do them!” I said,”OK.” and went back to work in the front room. She wasn’t exactly polite about the whole thing as she told me she thought it wasn’t up to standards. I went back to re-board-fold all the shirts on the front table. As I was doing that the other girls, Sarah W. and Laura, had finished their work and came in to see what progress I had made. They said my table was looking great! But overall it was Michelle’s approval that I needed. So Sarah and Laura started work on the T-shirt wall as I finished my table. We all finished and were waiting for Michelle to do the walk through and make sure we didn’t miss anything. She walked around and soon enough came back to me and said,” Liza the front table still looks like shit, and so does the T-shirt wall!” As she was making her way into the guys front room.
