“Night”, is a very emotional, touching and sensitive book written by Elie Wiesel. In this book Elie Wiesel explains to us that in today’s world of luxury, freedom and an easygoing life there used to be a world of misery and a world where there was no freedom at all. He reminds us of the harsh time the Jews had in the concentration camps during World War II, and he tells us how he actually experienced and survived the misery in his autobiography, Night. For example when Elie Wiesel says when the prisoners were freed the first thing they thought about was bread, they were so used to the daily life in the concentration camps that they did not think of revenge even when they were living normally without hunger, they still never thought about revenge.
