Picture a young adult in his late teens lying on a cold, dry, medal slab dead from an alcohol overdose. Now imagine a boy or girl roughly the same age, smoking marijuana and living to see another day. Why should a drug as deadly as alcohol be legal, when a much safer drug like marijuana is illegal? Look at all the dollars per year spent on health care involving alcohol related problems or deaths. Most teens find it easier to smoke "weed" and drive also, as it gives off a different form of intoxication then alcoholism they feel more confident with their ability to drive. Over the years, this plant has acquired many names. Whether you call it Hemp, grass, hash, reefer, Mary Jane, Pot, herd, buds, chronic, ganja, boom, dope, Weed, it doesn't matter. All of these names describe one thing: marijuana. There are more than 200 slang terms for it. Hey man, lets go smoke a blunt. We are just too cool. Hey man, light that up, is common sayings that come out of so many teenagers mouths, and high school and college students wanting to smoke weed. There are millions of people everyday that smoke marijuana. Marijuana is the 2nd easiest drug to obtain.
