More often technical writing has a flat style when making documents difficult and tedious to read. You should also keep your average sentence length low. Therefore, I interviewed one of my professor in my school . The goals of this interviews were to find out what kind of the technical writing they have used to teach the students. Methods The methods that I use for this interview is to questions the professor: 1. What are the two or three common types of documents that you write (Proposals? sets of instructions? informational memos? letters?)? 2. Do your audiences usually know a lot or little about the topic of the document?
