Difficult decision or dilemma
It happened when I was preparing to move to my current company. In the former company, 3 days before I leaved, my chief asked me to judge my two colleagues to promote to my position. It is not the first time I was asked for my opinions as I held daily information in the office and had her trust. However, I perceived it was an important decision as it would affect either the company’s benefit or their prestige. One of them had worked for the company for a long time and he obtained love of other staffs. The other had joined the company for a couple of months since I informed not to work there.
