I cannot think of any job that is more important than that of the principalship of a school. ... To some principals it may be but to one who does an exceptionally good job, we all know that it is as hard a vocation as one can find. ... As educators this is one of our primary responsibilities to see that all children get the basic foundations.
Among the many responsibilities of the principal is the efficient operation of the cafeteria. You may perhaps delegate some of these responsibilities but when the day of reckoning comes around you know where the responsibility will fall.
My personal observation has been that in general the operation of the cafeteria is not receiving the proper supervision of both principals and teachers.
