Down’s Syndrome can be diagnosed while in the mothers stomach, or at birth with these signs: unusually quiet, less responsive, week, flat face, small head, flat bridge of nose, smaller than normal, small mouth (causing tongue the stick out), upwards slanted teeth eyes, extra folds at the inside corner of each eye, round cheeks, small misshaped ears, small wide hands, deep crease across center of each palm, a malformed fifth finger, wide space between the big and second toes, unusual crease on the slope of the feet, overly flexible joints (as in double-jointed people), shorter than normal height and may have heart problems.
