At the beginning of the movie all of the jurors cast their vote of guilty, except one. In order to convict the accused all members must agree. The juror that voted not guilty now has to project his perception of the case to eleven stubborn men, which leads to chaos’s and creates hostility among the jury. The jury is assigned a leader. The person is called the jury foreman. He was the person in charge to keep the jury in order and to act as a liaison to the court. Most of the jurors did not respect this person.
