Corporate scandals and greed brought CEO reputations low, and increasing anxieties after September 11 raised questions about vocational life and leadership at all levels of communities. ... The issue of leadership is an ethical one because it questions the system of companies, and brings out inequality in job placement. ... The mentality and salary of CEOs will change when a form of leadership is changed. ... Almost all the hot leadership discussion of the moment is focused on “charismatic” leadership (Hopkins, 2003). Charismatic leadership doesn’t mean that those leaders are actually charismatic. ... Charismatic leadership is seen as something executed by force of personality and inspiration. ... A reform in the way of leadership would revolutionalize the business and marketing system as a whole. ... Hopkins of the Inc calls it, “antiheroic” leadership. ...
