Everybody loved that first kiss in their lives. That first time that you actually interacted and embraced with someone you really cared about. That time is usually remembered as a very exciting time in your life that still makes you happy. Everybody except for me that is. I ended up losing my girlfriend because of how awkward our first kiss was. The cause of this loss is quite embarassing to be frank. I was in grade 7, and I liked this girl a lot. One day I asked her to go swimming with me... just me, at the brook alongside the highway. She was excited and said she'd love to. Well it was all good and fun for the whole day. We were swimming, having boat races, playing tag, and later sat down and had some lunch. It was then that everything started happening. We ended up talking and, out of no where she said to me, " I like you a lot." I was amazed that she actually liked me a lot too. I then told her I liked her a lot too and maybe even loved her, (I don't know why I said that, maybe it was just because I was young and stupid). She smiled and bent over to kiss me. I got all nervous, my palms sweated, my heart pounded, and my arm pits dripped. I tried to think of a good way to kiss her and right before her lips touched mine, I thought it best to kiss her like in the movies. I grabbed her and started kissing her. I had my hand on the back of her head, and was forcing my face right into hers. I thought I was doing it right, until I heard her gasping for air. I was choking her with my tongue! Once I realized it, I tried to haul my tongue out, but it was stuck. I'd pushed it in too far! I struggled for seconds trying to get it out and then I thought of the manly way to solve things....
