Should the school day be extended
The school day is currently 9am-3pmwith it varying from school to school. ... The option of making the school day from 9am-5pm, without homework, is now being considered. Working parents often have the trouble of catering for their children from 3-5pm, when the school day finishes to when they come home. Child Care Centres invented for this reason but they are very expensive If the school day was extended this would solve this problem. Extra school not only occupies children until parents get home but it occupies them in the best possible way: Educationally.
