Management, from my point of view just like a social science, which is defined as “getting things done in organizations through other people”(Inkson. ... Every time when we look back, we can’t miss out two of those managerial theories, which are scientific management and human relations movement, the reason why I would like to mention these two is that both of them contributed to progress of society a lot but meanwhile, their principles are extraordinarily distinctive. ... It has been generally recognized as a theory which against the advocation of creator of the scientific management, the main principle of the theory all about how to manage people in the way of what they should be treated. ...
Everything exists has their own reason, it’s not an exception for both two schools of management, they were both existed for improving productivity and keeping the low cost. For scientific management, everything changed so fast due to industrial revolution, because of this, those managers of factories need people who have higher skill, more energy to do those kinds of jobs which not just require better handcraft but also got higher knowledge to operate machineries in order to improve productivity. ...
The idea above is showing the similarity of these two schools of management, but differentiation of these theories is significant which I would like to spend more on it as below.
