I am writing to you about events that occurred on Monday September 5, 2003. As you all know the first night back to college is a very exciting one and sometimes people make the wrong choices or are unsure about new policies. On Monday night I decided to walk around and visit with all my friends; I wanted to see how they were and what they were all up to. There may have been a few parties around campus and I see how that is very strenuous to the staff and college officials. I have respect for all that they do because they have a difficult job. On Monday night, as I said, I was harmlessly saying hi to all my fellow buddies. There was alcohol consumption going on when I was located in the Bartlett Hall; I was not a part of this.
