My expectations were very high when I joined the organisation and by the end of actual Professional Experience Program, I grade myself high from rest of my colleagues. It not only gave me a goog learning curve but also became a pathway for me for finding a job in respected sector of Human Resource Management. My actual experience exposed me to the pros and cons of the job, which I undertook and gave me a clear picture of it. Before moving further with learning experience, I would like to disclose the action learning plan that I under took: Action Learning Plan Action learning plan or more precisely the goals which I kept in mind includes the few areas, I specifically focussed on: Communication-In today’s fast moving and globalise world it is very important for employees to possess the ability to communicate in a clear and understandable way. ...
