As technology advances so do the skills of the hackers. It is my opinion that if hackers didnt exist then companies that produce computer defence programs would be put out of bussiness because there would be nothing to defend against, so if you cannot forgive hackers for causing annoyance then think about the number of jobs that they have created.
People that claim to be hackers are often frauds, as hacking is illegal true hackers will want to keep themselfs hidden and unknown.
