I Thought She Was My Friend

I thought she was my friend. I can’t seem to stop this from bothering me. Everyone tells me they know it is, but I deny it and tell them I am fine. I really thought she was my friend until the lies and the rumors, and the truth came through. ... I finally get that done to find out now there is no den leader for this one group of small boys. All I could think was oh no not me; I had no experience except for motherhood. Well I went ahead because I couldn’t watch these little boys not be able to join scouts. ... I could not understand anything she was saying. All I could was console the best I could by phone and finally got her to calm down. ... Yeah it was difficult but she was my friend. I was raised to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
