Change the line spacing – Click Format, then Paragraph. In paragraph click Indents and Spacing tab, and select the options you want in the line spacing box. Set a tab stop – Click the L symbol at the far left of the horizontal ruler until it changes to the type of tab you want, these include 5 more. Move a block of text – Select the block of text to be moved and copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) to the new position. 7.
