Anna Quindlen writes a "feel sorry for the gays" essay explaining the problems that gay and lesbian couples face including lawsuits and court decisions that have affected them. The essay entitled "Evans Two Moms" was published in Thinking Out Loud: On the Personal, the Political, the Public, and the Private in 1993. ...
