The Competition: The primary competition for Nokia includes Motorola, Ericsson. All these different companies our in our direct range of price and quality. Our secondary competition includes such foreign companies as Sony, Panasonic and Samsung, all these companies are from foreign markets. Meaning that there main target market is based in and around Asia. Sony states that these foreign market cell phone companies “ have a fairly strong hold on certain markets in Asia” meaning that they are not our number one competitor in our district for sales. Our primary competitor is Motorola, which holds 13.3 % of the market. Motorola offers a variety of different products at affordable costs. Motorola’s plans are to have a wide variety of different cell phone products.
