Why I am like Han Solo
Han Solo and I are really similar, but yet very different as well. I loved the character of Han and what he represented. Han Solo is a very tough guy to try and figure out. Han represents two ends of the spectrum; he is a lover and a ruthless killer. I was never able to be a true Star Wars fan, but the more of the movie I watched; the more I wanted to see what Han did. As I continued to watch the movie, I found that the factors that make up Han Solo are ones that make me up as well.
As I was reading the bio of Han Solo, I quickly recognized that he and I came from a similar but slightly different background. ... Likewise, Han Solo came from Coreillia (Han 1). Han Solo worked his way up through petty thievery to gain a commission in the Academy (Han 1). ... Although I have not had to steal anything, I can kind of side with Han and his rough beginnings.
