My name is . I just transferred to MLA and so far I am really enjoying it. At my old high school, South, I was becoming too distracted and really didn’t feel supported enough. Coming to MLA has helped me take charge of my own education and realize that as long as I care and am dedicated and determined, it doesn’t matter how much support I have, really. Some people may think it pointless to switch schools my last year of high school, and maybe even scary, but I like starting over and being around new people. Mt favorite things to do are dance, sing, laugh, and make people feel good. On weekdays I spend most of my time working in a daycare at the YWCA, but on the weekends you better believe I party with my friends! Now that schools started I’ve had to cut back on that a lot though. This brings me to my summer. My summer was a three month long party! It was great I met tons of new people and make a lot of friends because I was always out.
